Main Course

In every Bengali household, every meal is nothing less than a feast, so I have grown up seeing my mother & grandmother cooking all the delicious 4-5 course meals for us and gradually I have been habituated having them. As it is the main dish of your meal it has to be delicious. The dish I cooked for the first time was a main course item and that was country chicken curry. Main course always seems to be complicated but once you learn how to do it, it becomes handy.

Here I have a few of my favorite main course recipes specially curated for you.
